Welcome to our Fall Girls Skills Academy!

The Skills Training Academy is open to girls grade 9-12 of all skill levels.

Our skills academy focuses on individual player skill development and is open to girls of all skill levels. Sessions will follow the structure of athletic training (ex. plyometrics, running mechanics, etc.), individual player skills training, small sided games/team concepts, conditioning then stretching. 

Training Time & Locations:

Monday at FW Howay Elementary 6-8 PM

Wednesdays at Skwo:wech Elementary 6-8 PM

Program Dates:

September 14 - November 4, 2026

Eligibility:

Girls grade 9-12 (all skill levels)

Cost:

$300 (Includes 14 training sessions and a t-shirt)

Registration closes on Sunday, May 3 at 9:00 PM
